A Poem For Friday

This week’s guest poet is Bharul Chhatbar. If you enjoy atmospheric poetry, you’re in for a treat. Before you read her poem, here is a little bit about her:

Bharul Chhatbar is a passionate writer. Apart from being a dedicated homemaker, she is doing a bit to ignite the mind with her words that revolve and evolve around positivity.

Passion

By

Bharul Chhatbar

Flowing silky strands with glossy eyes

Her immense beauty could mesmerize

His heart fell for her, flourished  fostered

Their life smoothened like a tranquil Auster.

Love submerged in soulful passion

Charismatic, compatible with no regression.

Now she lay with ailing might

Her wrinkled hand, he loads them tight

Love is deep, love is eternal

For soul seekers beauty is just external.

‘Your name in my soul is engrossed dark

Body is but an illusion to debark!’
